Developing Entrepreneurial Skills Among University Students: a Case of Student Entrepreneurial Attachment Project

Purpose: This study aimed to explore entrepreneurial skills possess among university students after taking entrepreneurship subject, namely, Entrepreneurial Networking Management, where have run business under the Student Entrepreneurial. Theoretical framework: focused on three groups of SEAP consisting five six members for each group who were attached with Campus Enterprise (CSE) which is SINTOKYO a period one semester. Design/methodology/approach: The used qualitative approch document analysis use collect data from project reports and individual evaluation at end Findings: found that undergone hands-on experience through acquire know-who, namely networking skills. In addition, also acquired know-how, teamwork skills, communication marketing customer service problem solving time management All these are related in managing Sintoko business. Research, Practical & Social implications: implication this showed can be as transformative teaching Management subject other subjects developing know-who know-how students. Originality/value: By exposing real experience, potential groom entrepreneurs during their study, thus helping producing graduate reducing unemployed graduates country.
